Module 2. 19-23 of January, 2024
Dmitri Blizniuc, Chisinau
I was very pleased with the second face-to-face module. Despite the fact that I was quite tired during the training and sitting at the airport I allowed myself to rest a little without thinking about anything at all, upon arriving home I realized how useful everything I saw on the module was to me.
Firstly, I would like to note the intensity of the education. At one time, a lot of important information may fall on your head, which the brain will immediately refuse to accept due to the fact that anger will seethe in your blood, which protects the body from such an unexpected onslaught. But when this anger is tamed, the brain begins to think and absorbs the material in a way it has never absorbed before. Theory, practice – all at once, it would seem, what kind of practice? We need to understand the theory. But it is in practice that this theory is understood and remembered best. This mixed theory/practice learning approach could be highlighted as a separate item, but I include it in the intensity because it is an integral part of it.
Secondly, I liked the atmosphere on the module. In addition to an experienced teacher, the course brought together students with a good background and understanding not only in psychology, but also in other humanities, who study the cause-and-effect relationships of what is happening in a person’s life – this helped us to understand each other literally at a glance. Everyone in the group was very different, with their own characters, preferences, moods, but interest and love for constellations carried the entire group forward and charged everyone with extraordinary energy. I am sure that everyone took away a lot of useful things for themselves. And this stage will be remembered for a long time.
Thirdly, there is the opportunity to work with real clients who come to the institute to resolve their request. One of the most common fears of any specialist is starting to work with real people, so the moment of training with real clients is a big plus. At first, the student manifests himself in the role of a deputy, then he works as a system constellator under the leadership of Natalia Spokoinyi. And then you will be able to work with clients on your own without fear for the constellation process.
I also want to note the constellation that was carried out directly to me. It was my first time as a client at an offline constellation, I experienced truly new emotions and received useful experience and a huge resource from the work done.
I gained experience and felt emotions as an observer, a deputy, a client, a constellator – all in different ways, but very powerfully. I am sure that constellation work cannot leave anyone indifferent. Where there is enormous energy, there is life and a positive resource.
I thank Natalya Spokoinaya for teaching and working with me, I thank the students for their openness and support in this difficult but very interesting matter. I wish you all family happiness and success in your professional career.

Due to an unexpected shoulder injury, for which all doctors recommended surgery, I became unable to travel to Germany. Therefore, Natalia’s exceptional permission allowed me to participate in the module online.
Initially, we did not have a clear idea of how this virtual interaction would unfold. However, to date, I can confidently state that this form of participation has proven to be not only engaging but also extremely beneficial.
Moreover, it may have acquired additional significance for me, as I had to ‘be present’ not only in the Field of Constellations in Berlin but also simultaneously experience the online Field of Constellation in my home in Turkey. A magnificent experience.
The training and discussions on theoretical issues proceeded in a circle. Initially, Natalia addressed the newly enrolled students, finding out their opinions on the topic. Then, students continuing their education and advancing their qualifications were given the opportunity to provide more detailed and elaborate answers to the questions posed.
The organization of the educational process in the module was carried out as always clearly and systematically. Natalia led the formation of the educational environment and practice, sometimes involving me as a curator. I experienced exceptional satisfaction and benefit from this. I express my deep gratitude to her for this.
We conducted numerous test works, rich in research on the world of personal relationships. This module became a source of rich experience, enriching my understanding of the dynamics of family values. Of course, our journey was not without exciting closed Constellations, to which I discovered my special attachment.
However, I was particularly deeply moved by the Constellation dedicated to the boy with epilepsy. I recommend watching this Constellation, where unknown historical traditions, horrific events, tragedy, and imprints buried deep into the future of the family lineage.
I thank Natalia for her invaluable guidance – her patience, constant support, and wise directions, which proved to be invaluable. In a short time, I enriched myself with a deep knowledge base: from the introduction to the Constellation methodology to understanding the role of the client and the use of various figures in various scenarios.
It was especially valuable to be in multiple roles at once and observe other students – it’s like a window into the world of diverse practical experience. This experience plays an important role in my development as a professional in the field of Constellations.

I have completed my first module of training in systemic constellations. One undeniable benefit of studying with Natalia Spokoinyi is the abundance of practical exercises, which allows one to immerse oneself into the methodology and explore the root causes of their problems. Natalia and the students worked with me on a multitude of topics that concerned me. They were emotional, financial, personal ones.
Through this experience, I have come to realize that constellations serve as keys to those issues and situations where a person feels stuck inside kind of a cycle with no apparent way out. The client’s willingness to change is a matter of their personal readiness and responsibility. However, the opportunity to break out of the constraints of one’s perception of the problem is an important first step, and it is the most valuable aspect of constellations. Clients are given the opportunity to view the problem from a different perspective,to accept it as a highlighting of some energy blockage, and to express gratitude, as without all this it would be impossible to reach the deeper layers where the root causes of the problem lie.
The hierarchy of family dynamics is a vast field that I personally have yet to understand. However, I gained a general understanding through the examples presented within the module group. It was intriguing to observe that the choice of representatives is not random. I noticed several times that some situation or a problem of the representative can be played out through the role of the client. Working with the choice dilemma using the tetralemma was particularly interesting. It was a non-standard approach with unexpected conclusions. Each exercise, especially those related to partnership dynamics, offered by Natalia, provided valuable insight into experiencing oneself in another’s shoes.
After the training, I had a dream where Natalia was teaching us about structure. It was as if we were at the foot of a pyramid and she was showing us how the stones at the base need to be laid and concreted to get the structure just right. Therefore, the meticulousness with which Natalia approaches the teaching process, even though it sometimes provokes internal protest among students, is important and beneficial. It contributes to the formation of a structural approach.
Overall, the training was intense, with full immersion in practical exercises, and all information was illustrated with examples. I sincerely thank Natalia and the group for their excellent teamwork and coordination.

From 19.01.24 to 23.01.24 I took Module 2 “Systemic constellations and work with trauma of a person, family, organization, society”. On this module I learned what is the constellation, the energy Field. How to get information of a request. I familiarized myself with the Family System and the circles of responsibility, intimacy, influence. I liked that there were a lot of practices on this module: Victim – Aggressor, Me and My Self-realization as a Constellator, Me and My Partner. We switched roles and learned how to read the Field. It was very informative and interesting. I could feel in my body the energy coming from my partner.
I really liked the fact that every day I participated in constellation processes, thus learning constellations and working through my weaknesses. I learned what a structural constellation is, how to work with a symptom in formations. We went through the 3 orders of love and what is the responsibility of the client and the constellator. Each day we did several constellations. It was very interesting, although energetically demanding. We were able to work with such topics as: health, realization, harmonization of partner relationships, and fears.
I really liked the theme “The Dynamics of Twins”. In constellation it was just amazing when we came out, through a client’s problem, to an unborn twin. It was very impressive and I gained experience working with twin dynamics. Our supervisor taught us in detail how to work with abortions and miscarriages. This constellation was very enlightening for me.
Every day we spent a lot of time on systemic coaching. We were taught how to ask the right questions so that the client would come up with the right request and the one that was really important to him. It was important not to lose the client’s gaze when answering questions. It was not easy but very educational. For the first time I got acquainted with such a concept as Tetralemma. We did 2 constellations using this wonderful method.
I would like to write separately about the permission phrases. In every constellation, when a client says these phrases, tears come to his eyes. This is very impressive and inspires me to explore this topic further.
We did a constellation on my request “What can I do to make my husband take responsibility”? And the most interesting thing is that after this request there was a very strong resonance. Dmitry was indignant and did not want to accept my request. I immediately realized that if there was such a dynamic, then this question was very important to me. In the process of constellation we came to the result that my husband is still ready to take responsibility, but so far only in a difficult moment. Dimitri still had resistance. His other half felt like a shark that wanted to “eat responsibility and me”. My conclusion is that the constellation was done very professionally. Not only my problems with my husband, but also Dimin’s blocks and his reaction to “responsibility” came to the surface. This requires deep inner work.
Constellation is a very effective and healing method. Thanks to this method, a person does not need to go for a long period of time to see a psychotherapist, but can achieve results much faster.
Overall, I really enjoyed this Module. During the 5 days I learned a lot of new and useful things. Our leader Natalia is a great professional. She enthusiastically told us all the laws, rules, dynamics. She shared with us her invaluable, many years of experience. Next to such a professional I realized that I could do it and I would succeed. There was a powerful flow of energy from her, which was exciting and gave me confidence. I am grateful to Natalia IIS-Berlin and my fellow students for the knowledge and experience I gained. I was very satisfied with the training and the knowledge gained.
Module 1. 15-19 of September, 2024
Dmitri Blizniuc, Chisinau
The first module of the offline course has ended. A lot of impressions. This winter I completed an online course, and in the spring I took online supervision. And now I was offline for the first time, where I felt a huge difference from what we did via video conference. The theoretical side of the course was already familiar to me, so here I perceived everything according to the principle “repetition is the mother of learning,” which was undoubtedly also useful. As for the practical part, namely working in the Field, here I received an incredible charge from the atmosphere that was created in the group.
I really liked the exercise on developing the feeling of a person who is nearby and does not physically touch you. The energy that comes from the person is felt in the body. And the closer he stands, the better you feel, and you can feel what mood he is in.
I would like to specifically mention the pre-constellation coaching that was carried out by the students. And one of the tasks was to hold or not lose the client’s gaze at the moment when he answers the question. In this format, it is very difficult for the client to avoid answering or deceive the constellator. I believe that this is the main and important difference from online coaching, where it is impossible to catch the client’s eye due to the technical limitations of video communication.
In the process of interacting with living figures, whose roles are played by students, and not inanimate objects, as online, the mood of the roles, emotions, and facial expressions are very well perceived. In one constellation, one could feel completely opposite emotions, from laughter to tears, and vice versa, and more times than probably never happened in the entire online course. No technological gadgets can replace living people in constellation work, and in social and family life too. I thought about this topic for a long time after finishing the module. The world strives to robotize all spheres of human life as much as possible in order to make his work easier, but here the question arises: will he be happy in the end? But happiness is the component for which a person lives. A clear example is Japan, which is considered the most technologically advanced country in the world, and at the same time is far from in first place in terms of happiness and every year among the leaders in the number of suicides per 100,000 inhabitants.
In the offline course, almost every day there were real clients with whom the students worked. In general, everyone did an excellent job, and where things weren’t working out, Natalia Spokoinyi made timely and substantive adjustments, which ultimately contributed to the excellent result of the constellation work.
Thank you very much to IIS-Berlin for the opportunity to learn constellations from a specialist, thanks to Berlin, which I visited for the first time and which hospitably welcomed me, and thanks to my fellow students with whom it was a pleasure to study. I was very pleased with the trip to the full-time module, and I am still impressed.
Natalya Mishina, Berlin
I passed the first module of the systemic constellations basic course. These days were very intense for me:
- At the very beginning Natalia gave us the theory with many examples: what a constellation is, what the Field is and where it comes from, the Highest Value, history and main constellation laws, basic constellation schemes (how to start and what to do next), what is the preliminary coaching, what it is for and how to do it, how to get out of roles, etc.
- The course included very interesting constellation exercises on “victim-aggressor” dynamics, for example. In this exercise it was very interesting to get a feel for each role and notice my feelings, which correlate very well with my real life. We looked at the BEMS-Model and tested it on ourselves, it was very useful and interesting.
- And, of course, the most important thing – there was a lot of practice, several real clients. We had an opportunity to observe how NS herself conducts constellations and ask her all the questions we had. We also had the opportunity to play the role of a constellator ourselves and conduct constellations – both for real clients and for each other with our real problems.
I also would like to say what was most useful and valuable for me personally (among other things):
- Systemic coaching before the constellation – I became more confident in asking questions to the client and better understand what exactly can and should be asked now. This allows me to get to the real problem, the real pain of the client pretty quickly and it really saves a lot of time in the constellation itself.
- A lot of practice – I was a constellator 2 times, at the beginning and at the end of the module. There was also a lot of practice in between: exercises, tests, participation in other constellations. And all this allowed me to feel much more confident and relaxed by the second constellation than I did the first time, and I am happy with this result.
- Work on personal issues – 3 times I was a client in a short constellation, my colleagues helped me to solve my problems in my family life, as well as to work with the feeling of not being needed or valued at all. Now I feel that there is some movement in these directions. It has been a very short time so far, it is very interesting to observe.
- I had a very memorable constellation for a client where I stepped into my role as a representative. This role absolutely resonated with my current feelings and problems. It was incredibly interesting and useful to experience being in it, I saw a lot of things in a completely new way, and I started to feel better.
I continue to reread and revise all the received information.
Olga Lisovskaya, Brussel
The first module gave me a broader look at the constellation method that I was previously familiar with.
A structural understanding of the stages of the constellation helped me focus on their fullness at the time of work. For example, I received a clear understanding that it is important to conduct a dialogue with yourself as a constellator, and then begin a dialogue with the client. This is important so that you don’t move into a client’s influence.” For example, if we are working with trauma, the client will unconsciously do things to confuse the constellator. It is also important from the very beginning of work to find out what the Highest value we are focusing on and to check the request with our body.
This is equally important when working on a request – to be able to ask questions to the client. Through questions we not only receive energy for a constellation but we also help the client to come to the answers on their own. This is an important difference between a coach and a consultant.
An important step in expanding our abilities in a constellation became short practices that we can use in our work. This, for example, is a reference point to the scale, to the position of the body in space regarding a request or decision.
In the constellations themselves, we expanded our own feelings, learned through interventions to gain maximum access to the blocked energy that blocks the client’s life in some important areas. We also learned to work optimally so that we could get the maximum resource with a minimum of costs. The test of the four-part BEMS-model helped us a lot with this. This is an effective method to look at the client’s request and give an understanding of what this situation really looks like: what emotions, intellect, body, spirit say.
When we start a constellation with the right questions and an adult position in relation to the client, this is already part of the success in finding the optimal solution. And the first module symbolically introduced us into the world of constellations, revealing important first steps.
